Owner Information

By signing above, each of the listed businesses and business owners/officers (individually and collectively, “you”) authorize Stratas Financial LLC and its representatives, successors, assigns, and designees (“Recipients”) that may be involved with or acquire commercial financing arrangements, including loans with fixed repayment terms, revolving lines of credit, or purchases of future receivables such as Merchant Cash Advance transactions (collectively, “Transactions”), to obtain consumer, business, and investigative reports and other information about you. This may include, but is not limited to, credit bureau reports, bank statements, and credit card processor statements obtained from consumer reporting agencies such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax, as well as other credit bureaus, banks, creditors, and third parties.

You further authorize Stratas Financial to share this application, together with any information obtained in connection with it, with any of the Recipients for purposes related to evaluating or funding Transactions. You consent to the release, by any creditor or financial institution, of any information relating to you to Stratas Financial and the Recipients.

Finally, you authorize Stratas Financial and its Recipients to contact you via text message, automated call, or email using the contact information you have provided above.
